I hope to create a supportive environment where you can explore, gain awareness, and feel confident in tolerating various emotions. I bring a laid-back, casual approach to therapy and love incorporating your hobbies, interests, and humor into our time together.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social worker with over 8 years in the social work field. I have backgrounds in adolescent (teens) and young adult mental health in outpatient settings. I also have experience in EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Autism and I/DD, ADHD and ADD, and problem sexual behavior concerns.
